My love for Italian design was instantly gratified by the modern yet cozy ambiance, especially the farmhouse hotel's green surroundings providing a serene backdrop for indulging in culinary delights. The "Girasole" Restaurant, a gem within the hotel, not only satisfied my cravings but also showcased culinary innovation that left me in awe.As an interior designer with a penchant for aesthetics, I appreciated the attention to detail in the dining experience - from the show cooking to the personalized dishes that met various dietary needs, including gluten-free options. It was a pleasure to sip Prosecco with my savory snack, a delightful twist that transformed breakfast into an American-style brunch.The proximity to local eateries like L'angolo Sfizioso and Blu Gelateria Creperia Bar added a dash of novelty to my gastronomic journey. Boemia truly exceeded expectations, offering a gastronomic haven where simplicity and taste harmoniously coexist. My stay at this exquisite hotel was a testament to Italy's future in hospitality, where innovation meets tradition seamlessly.
